Did you struggle to keep on top of your paperwork last year?
Do you have piles that you don't remember exactly what's in them and don't know what to do with? Have you lost your goals somewhere in all that paper? Are you tripping over clutter, trying to reach your dreams? Designed to help you manage the minutia so you can focus on what's really important and reach those dreams, you will learn the 3 key elements to successfully becoming and staying organized in your office. In the Organize Your Business Kick Start Seminar, we will focus on file management, time management and creating positive habits. This seminar will provide you with all the tools you need to have a super organized office for 2012. You will know what to do with your piles. You will know how to manage your incoming mail and paperwork. You will leave the seminar knowing exactly what you can do differently right now to make a difference. Seminar details: Date: Saturday, February 11, 2012 Time: 9 am - 5 pm Lunch: included Location: provided upon registration (central West Los Angeles) Cost: $400 Save $100 if you register before the end of January. $300 by January 31. Save $125 if you register by January 13. $275 by January 13. If you would like to register for the seminar, please This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Still not sure it's worth it? Consider this scenario. You are a professional that charges $300 per hour. You look for a rubber band in your drawer, but it is such a mess that after 15 seconds of rummaging around you give up and call your assistant to bring you some rubber bands. Your assistant stops their work, gets up from their desk, brings you some rubber bands and then goes back to work. It takes your assistant another 30 seconds to re-orient themselves to their prior task that you interrupted. That took a total of 1 minute. Say your assistant costs you $30 an hour (including all the benefits, insurance, etc). Finding your rubber band just cost you $1.75. Imagine that you rummage in your drawer 10 times every day and interrupt your assistant 2 times a day to bring you something you can't find. Every day you are costing yourself $13.50. Each year, that costs you $3037.50 (45 work weeks, 5 days a week.) Contrast this with opening your drawer and immediately pulling out your rubber band. 5 seconds. Finding your rubber band cost you 25 cents. Every year you spend $56.25 finding things in your drawer. Being organized can save you nearly $3000 a year - just by finding things in your desk drawer! Even if your rate is only $60 per hour and you don't have an assistant (but you still have to get up to find those things twice a day), you would spend $1012.50 per year rummaging in your drawer and getting up to find things. Compared with $18.75 per year not rummaging in your drawer. Still a savings of nearly $1000 a year! Now are you interested in having an organized office?
